    "Desert Fox: Hey Angelo...
...UNBELEAVABLE!! That stuff is so good..."

    08/09/2009 - Craig Desert Fox:
Hey Angelo, Thank you so much for all your good advice, what an adventure we have had. I just know you would have had a ball overcoming all the difficulties and would have been such an asset to the expedition, maybe you will be available for the next one? Punctures. After your advice I looked for a solution and found this stuff called Ultraseal (went to the moon in the tires on the lunar rover) a blue goo tire sealant, it was just amazing and definitely one of the product choices that changed the outcome of the adventure. We were able to travel with impunity over any terrain without fear of punctures. I counted at one time while I was bugging 9 thorns (devil thorns) in my front wheel alone without getting a puncture. I pulled a branch of Acacia thorns off my tire one day, no puncture. I hit countless Camel thorn bushes as it was just impossible to miss them. Steve bent all his rims, and we had to straighten one of them with a hammer, no loss of pressure from the bead (all tires fitted tubeless) We never slit open any tires, in this we were fortunate, and all of us completed the 2160 km on the same set of 2 ply slicks we started with, all of which looked like pin cushions by the time we were finished and all the buggies have gone home in their container with their original tires on. UNBELEAVABLE!! That stuff is so good, at the end of some days the tires looked like they were crying as the goo leaked out and sealed the holes, they also took on this spotty complexion where the sand would stick to the goo around the prickle holes.
So all the spare tires we took returned home in the container. The Desert people were so gracious and welcoming and I have a huge respect for their hardiness and resourcefulness to be able to make a living and a home out in the desert. Quite something. I am sad that we were moving through their home with such pace and not have more time to interact with them, maybe I will get a chance to go back and spend some time with these people in the future. "Dear Liz,
...thank you for your great product, which I've used more than 9 years... I NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH A FLAT TIRE."

    LEONID SHATS, LAB EQUIPMENT ENGINEER
Dear Liz, Once again I would like to thank you for your great product, which I've used more than 9 years on my previous Ford F150 truck and family cars without any problems.
In a few words, in 2003 I bought a new truck Ford F150 and since I had the military experience with similar, I found and bought the Ultraseal for my truck (2003), Nissan Pathfinder (2004) and for the RV trailer (Holiday Rambler Campmaster 28RLS). Honestly, I would like to tell you, that for the period of more than 9 (nine) years I took out from all my car's wheels more than 15 sizes nails and all kinds of metal objects. However, I NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH A FLAT TIRE, and especially at the time when I was towing a trailer weighing 8,800 pounds. At this point, I sold my truck and a few weeks ago received a new Ford F150, have purchased a new dose of "Ultraseal" and once again, Liz, I would like to THANK YOU VERY MUCH for your business, product, attention, support and SAFE me and my family health and life!!! I wish you the best of health and all the best in your future endeavors!

    CHRIS TYLER, STAFFORDSHIRE, UNITED KINGDOM
When I first started commuting from my home in Burton on Trent to Rugby by motorcycle I was covering 15,000 miles per year and suffered no end of punctures from debris on the busy roads.
Then I discovered Ultraseal and since that moment I have not experienced another puncture (but have found nails and screws embeddin in the tyres!).

I have ordered more Ultraseal for the RV and GMC pickup. I will feel much safer now...."

KEN HYNES, MAPLE RIDGE BC, DOS AMIGOS BAJA
Hi Liz: After doing considerable research on tire sealants, and having tried other products, I decided to use Ultraseal.
For six months of the year we live in Baja where the thorns from the bushes are very sharp and tough as nails. I installed Ultraseal in our Ford Windstar and my ATV.
Previous to using UltraSeal, I had several leaking tires on the Windstar. Since the installation, there have been no tire problems with the Windstar.
However, with the ATV tires there was a problem. While riding in the mountains, one back tire got punctured, probably by a sharp rock. The hole was too large for sealant to completely stop the leakage. I was a very long distance from help so I plugged the hole with a branch that was tapered so that it wouldn't be forced into the tire and since the pressure is only 6 lbs., there wasn’t enough force to blow it out. I rode 30 miles back to our camp and the next day took the tire to a repair facility in Santa Rosalia. The Mexican repair person removed the tire from and rim and patched from the inside. Since the sealant would impair adhesion he cleaned the Ultraseal from the inside. After installing the tire on the rim he tested the tire in a water trough. Perfect patch not a leak from the repair. However, when the tire was rotated, the trough resembled a Jacuzzi! There was no possibility of patching that many thorn holes. So I paid for the repair went home and refilled the tire with the correct amount of Ultraseal and rode on the repaired tire four months until we returned to Canada without a problem.
I have ordered more Ultraseal for the RV and GMC pickup. I will feel much safer now. Ken Hynes, Maple Ridge BC, Dos Amigos, Baja

    Our Road Trip To Alaska
Liz: Just got back, the Ultraseal worked great, never knew it was there. We spent hours cruising at 85mph with off road tires as well as street tires. The 500 miles each way from Fairbanks to Prudhoe Bay is a mixture of dirt, potholes and gravel. Do you have a distributor in Florida? Thanks again for the support! Roger, Roger

Dear Liz, I hope this letter finds you well.
Enclosed please find CD-Rom with photos from Paris-Dakar 2004, Martin Macik team. LIAZ truck. The other photos are taken by Tomas Spacek during his 2003 trip on a BMW motorbike through South America mountains. We had the pleasure to co-sponsor his trip. Martin Macik used XHD version in his support truck (racing truck was not treated due to the new inflation system).
The support truck finished the whole rally, and I heard from Mr. Macik that the crew witnessed a situation when Ultraseal sealed a puncture caused possibly by a stone. The crew finished the whole race on one set of Michelin tires without any downtime due to a tire failure.
In addition, Mr. Macik uses the Commercial Grade in his Jeep racing in CZ Off Road Marathon Championship 2004, so far, he is leading the overall ranking after three races. Tomas Spacek treated his heavily loaded BMW (2 people and equipment). Continental Enduro tubeless tires, for off road conditions in South America where he had driven over 8500 km without any flat. He is still using these tires back in CZ, tires now exceeded 14,000 km.
I hope we will have a reference letter from Mr. Maccik soon. Yours sincerely, Jaroslav Janacek

    ULTRASEAL IN MOTORCYCLES
Ultraseal, I rode my motorcycle from North Carolina to the Black Hills of South Dakota. I got a funny looking screw in my rear tire on my way to Montana. I had to back the screw out with a screw driver. I poured water on the place where the screw was and there was no bubbling. My wonderful boyfriend had put your product in my tires. I rode another 3600 miles before I returned home to North Carolina. I kept a check on my air pressure and it was the same. My brother was with me and could not believe how well Ultraseal worked. This is one product that really does what it is advertised as. I am ordering my brother a gallon of Ultraseal because that is the best way to help keep him safe as he rides.
    Thank you, Dawn Holcomb

"...we completed the event with no time lost due to punctures...."
    D.U.C.K. Ralli Sport
    Ultra Seal & Rallying,
We tested this product at Ty Croes Racing & Rallying Circuit, on Anglesey North Wales.
The event consisted 50 miles competitive rallying on both tarmac and gravel surfaces.
The venue is renowned for causing punctures, we were using 15 inch Michelin S9A slicks and S7B intermediates.
    Main points noted.

    • Usually tyre pressures are significantly higher once a stage has been completed we found our tyres were running cooler and so stopping the center of the tread face from wearing as quickly. Extending the life of the tyre.
    • We tried using slick tyres on the rough sections as the majority of the stage was smooth tarmac, in other years we have had to either drive very carefully or fit tyres with tread on to avoid time wasting punctures. The result was aggressive driving style on the rough surfaces and no puncture.

On the same event some cars were exiting the stage with multiple punctures! After event examination of the tyres showed some areas where a puncture was suspected, the use of a tracking dye would help us determine the need to change the tyre or not.
In conclusion if this product can prevent a puncture the most common cause of time loss on rally events then my team are very interested, we completed the event with no time lost due to punctures.

    JAMES C. SANDERS LLC
    Dear Ms. Aguirre,
Two years ago I purchased a gallon of your product to protect the tires on my hunting jeep from thorn punctures. I spend most of my free time hunting on two ranches in South Texas. I have tried other "no leak" products over the last twenty odd years and was never totally satisfied until I tried Ultraseal.
In two years of running through the worst thorn country imaginable I have not had even one low tire. Thank you for a product that really works. P.S. Please send me another gallon so I can treat the tires on my work truck. Sincerely, Jim Sanders

The purpose of this letter is state how pleased I am with your product...."

    JOHN F. LENDERMAN
    Dear Ultraseal,
The purpose of this letter is state how pleased I am with your product. I live in the Valley and we have a forty degree temperature swing on a daily basis. Thus, the air pressure in my tires changes and in the past I had to add air with some frequency before the use of your product. After adding Ultraseal things changed. I checked the air once a week as I had done in the past and nothing had to be added. I now only check once a month and the tires hold their pressure. I get better mileage in all of my vehicles as well as my bike and I am a happy camper.
I write this letter to tell of one incident that Ultraseal really saved me. I was riding my motorcycle in Mexicali, Mexico. I hit some piece of metal in the road. These things happen. I had quite a deep and lengthy gash in the tire. I was sweating bullets. Do I leave my expensive and cherished bike in Mexico knowing it would not be there upon my return? More sweat. My U.S. based insurance is not good in Mexico. I decided to head for the border knowing I had Ultraseal in the tire. It worked notwithstanding the fact that I had to wait at U.S. Customs and those people make everybody wait. I made it back for repair.
Thank you again, Very truly yours, John F. Lenderman, Attorney at Law

    RACECO International, Inc.
Dear Liz, Over the past 20 years Raceco International has been involved with building and racing off road vehicles. In the early days we would run our tires without sealant and had many problems, then we were introduced to Ultraseal.
As you may know, our problems with flat tires have become a non factor. Now we have moved on to building off road vehicles for military use and the Ultraseal tire sealant is even more valuable to us and the end user.
As our company continues to design more agile and dynamic vehicles that go thru the worst terrain known to man, we will continue to use Ultraseal tire sealant. We feel it is the best tire sealant, on the market and we will not recommend anything else to our clients.

    What an absolutely amazing product!..."

    T.D.R.C. Motorcycling Servicing
Re: Ultraseal Puncture Sealing Process - Test Progamme.
What an absolutely amazing product! At first I was a little unsure of what I was about to try. I have tried several anti-puncture products in the past with none of them ever working. After a very quick demonstration, I was amazed. I had to find out for myself how good this product was. So I started sticking different sized screwdrivers into my rear tyre, and then riding off as normal. Straight away I stood my Yamaha YZF Rl on its back wheel at about 90mph with no problem. The testing went on and got more drastic, by the time I had to change my tyre I had traveled about 300 miles with 8-9 punctures in my rear tyre. I lost minimal air pressure and only had to pump the tyre once because of a 12psi drop.
The second tyre was for the Santa Pod drag strip. During the day's racing I exceeded speeds of about 140mph, with an average V. mile time of 10.35 seconds, at a terminal speed of 135mph, These times and speeds were achieved with up to six punctures in my rear tyre, all of which were made with 6mm thick screwdrivers and no air loss. Ultraseal gave me total confidence in my tyres and made no difference to my riding. Just to really abuse the product at the end of the day, I was performing rolling 'burn-outs' at speeds of 50-70mph and wheelies at 100mph. I have never felt any balance problems or any insecurity of any kind.
In summary this product is absolutely fantastic, and I will be using the product as long as I am riding,
Yours most faithfully, David Corrance Owner T.D.R.C. Motor Cycles

  • JOHN GREGG
"1000 screw punctures, no flats. Not even a leak. Ultraseal works...."
    John Gregg
    January 8, 2007,
1000 screw punctures, no flats. Not even a leak. Ultraseal works. My son Gary and I set up two Race Karts for ice racing with International Championship Events (ICE).
Although we have raced karts for eight years this was our first experience with ice racing. The race promoter provided the ice studs for the tires, which are nothing more than sheet metal screws with specially shaped hex heads for grip on the ice. The screws are screwed into the tread of the tubeless tires and protrude through the tire by 1/4 inch, creating a puncture. With an average of 125 screws per tire, that's a lot of potential for leaks.
On race vehicles of any type, tire pressure is critical to the chassis set-up of the vehicle, and very small changes in tire pressure can lead to dramatic changes in the handling of the vehicle and it's ability to corner at speed. A tire "going down" can put you out of contention and possibly out of the race. In order to have a consistent performance we needed consistent tire pressure. Ultraseal delivered. I was able to win my class at the event. Even the next day, the tires are still holding the same pressure.
We used a one-gallon High Performance Ultraseal kit, which comes with an installation metering pump and handy valve stem remover to load our tires. Our kit came with extensive instructions, tire and application recommendations and a WHMIS Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS). As well, the Ultraseal web site is a source for additional technical information.
Although our Kart tires were not listed on their tire chart we based our application on similar size industrial tires and added some considering the number of punctures we had. Our front tires are 10 x 4.50-5 and we used 11 oz. of Ultraseal in them. The rear tires are 11 x 6.00-5 and got 17 oz. Once we spun the tires they sealed up and haven't leaked at all. We also had no problem with wheel balance, even with the excessive amount we used.
